Refund & Cancellation Policy

At C King Aesthetics, we reserve appointment times exclusively for each patient. To provide the highest level of service, we ask that all patients respect our scheduling policies.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") may also be charged a no-show fee or may be required to pay a deposit before scheduling future appointments.

Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward your treatment when completed as scheduled.

Injectable Products

Once injectable products have been prepared, opened, or drawn into a syringe, they cannot be reused or returned. Charges may apply for opened products even if treatment is not completed.

Packages

Treatment packages are non-refundable after any portion of the package has been used.

Unused packages may be eligible for transfer at the discretion of C King Aesthetics but have no cash value.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Specific membership terms are provided in your membership agreement.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, subject to manufacturer restrictions.

Opened skincare products, supplements, and consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Results

Because individual responses vary, no refunds are provided based solely on dissatisfaction with cosmetic results. We are committed to working closely with patients to achieve the safest and best possible outcomes and encourage follow-up appointments to discuss any concerns.
